How to Play

Play Kitsune Zenko Adventure online for free. Kitsune Zenko Adventure is a horizontal platformer where you play as a sneaky fox. Help our hero cross a dangerous, enemy-filled level to collect all the coins, diamonds, and cherries strewn throughout the level. This game is rendered in mobile-friendly HTML5, so it offers cross-device gameplay. You can play it on mobile devices like Apple iPhones, Google Android powered cell phones from manufactures like Samsung, tablets like the iPad or Kindle Fire, laptops, and Windows-powered desktop computers. All game files are stored locally in your web browser cache. This game works in Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and other modern web browsers.

Starting the Game

On the left side of the welcome screen are the following buttons:
- Play: Starts the game. Select it twice to begin. On the first time, it shows you the latest level you’ve unlocked so far.
- Options: Opens the options menu
- More games: Let’s you browse other games in the website.
- Credits: Plays the game’s credits.
- Your web browser automatically saves your game progress and high score.

      - Press the A and D keys to move.
      - Press the W key to jump.
      - Press the S key to crawl, and the W key to stand up again.
      - Press the W and S keys to use a ladder.
      - Arrow keys
        Press the left and right arrow keys to move.
        Press the up arrow key to jump.
        Press the down arrow key to crawl, and the up arrow key to stand up again.
        Press the up and down arrow keys to use the ladder.
        Touchscreen devices
        Tap the game pad with your fingers to move and jump.
        Game Play
        Game options
        Select Options on the welcome screen to show the following:
        Reset data:
        Activate the following options in the pause menu:
        Camera: Pick between 2 camera modes.
        Resume: Return to the game.
        Menu: Return to the welcome screen.
        Audio: Toggles the sound of the game.
        Basic
        Move across the level and collect coins, diamonds, and cherries.
        Some of these items may seem inaccessible.
        Explore the level to find as many alternate routes as you can.
        Avoid or defeat any enemy that stands in your way.
        Avoid falling into pits full of spikes.
        To clear a level, collect the required number of diamonds and cherries shown on the top center of the screen.
        Each time you collect a cherry or diamond, the counter goes down by 1.
        Keep collecting until the counter reaches 0.
        Coins are optional and add more points. Unlike the cherry and diamond counters, their values go up instead of down.
        Lives
        Throughout the game, you only have 3 lives.
        Each time you make contact with an enemy or a hazard, you lose 1 life.
        Lose all 3 lives and it’s game over. You must start the level all over again from the beginning.
        You can collect more lives scattered throughout the level. This can help you withstand more enemies as you go further in.
        View your remaining lives on the top left corner of the screen.
        Dealing with enemies
        Enemies are found across all parts of the level.
        Most enemies follow a specific walk pattern.
        Others will begin to chase you if you are within range, then return to their walk pattern.
        Your only attack is to stomp.
        In most cases, you must stomp on enemies a set number of times before you defeat them.
        Timing is critical, especially for enemies on the move. Make sure you jump and land on top of the enemy to damage them. Avoid jumping in front of them, as they will attack you.
        Some parts of a level can only be safely crossed if you take out the enemies first.
        Some enemies are invincible. You must instead go around them or lose a life trying to go through them.
        Conserve your lives. You are going to need them.
        Avoiding hazards
        Most hazards in the level (pits of spikes) are stationary. You may jump over them without a second thought.
        Some hazards, like rolling boulders, can be difficult to dodge. Jump over them at the right time to avoid them.
        Target Audience
        People who like retro platformers should like this game.
        There are no adult themes in this game.
